Please ensure you read this whole email carefully as it relates to how you will make payment for venue entry into the SNHC for the Autumn 2021 season. We apologise for the delay in sending this information to you.
The SNHC has made a change in the way payment is accepted for venue access for the Autumn 2021 season. Whilst this process will take some adjustment, we believe it will become a very user friendly model which helps reduce your contact with additional people and aims to reduce queuing into the venue.
Purchasing an Access Pass
All attendees aged 12 and over will be required to purchase an access pass per day of competition online. There is some initial set up, all outlined in the attached document, which is a very quick process. It is very similar to booking into a gym class and has been successfully rolled out at MSAC over the last year.
Website: https://melbournesportscentres.perfectgym.com.au/ClientPortal2/#/Login. Please select Parkville Stadium and Create Free Account.
Please note: you will now be able to have players and their parent/guardian to the one account. Please see attached instructions. The payment at this time must be made individually, however we will continue to provide updates as developments are made within the system.
The time of the access pass does not matter, please select the relevant pass available on your day of competition.
Venue Access
All attendees will show their confirmation screen of their “Access Pass” (ie. emailed receipt) for the relevant day to the SNHC staff member along with their QR check in for contact tracing. If anyone forgets to purchase prior to arriving, you will be able to do this at the entrance of the building via a QR code. You will require a credit card to make this payment.
As children aged 12 and under are unable to enter the venue without an adult, we ask that this is adhered to, to ensure a streamlined entry process.
A printed confirmation will also be accepted.
Multi-Visit Pass Holders
For anyone who currently holds a multi-visit pass, please note the following and do not bring your access card as a means of payment.
All multi-visit pass holders with currency at March 30, 2020 will be provided the equivalent value of the visits remaining into their account.
The value will be available on your new client portal available on MSC’s website (see note below)
You will receive an email from the MSC client portal when your value has been transitioned
Once available, you will be able to use this value to purchase sessions for your games
Please be advised MSC are working to facilitate this transition for you, however this is not expected to be finalised until the end of round one. If you set up a new portal prior to receiving the notification, please notify MSC on info@melbournesportscentres.com.au.
If you require any assistance, please contact Melbourne Sports Centres on 9926 1555.
